Custom Sample

Custom samples are tailored to your specific requirements. They are the best option if you need to verify how your unique design, branding, or material choices will look and perform before committing to mass production.

Design: Clients must provide detailed artwork, technical drawings, or written specifications. Our team will review the information and confirm feasibility before proceeding.

Lead Time: Custom samples typically require 14–20 business days, depending on complexity, material availability, and production workload.

Sample Fee: Custom samples require additional labor and material costs, so a sample fee is charged.

Refundable Policy: In many cases, the sample fee can be deducted from the final bulk order once production is confirmed. However, highly specialized or one-off designs may incur non-refundable fees due to unique tooling or material sourcing.
