What are your standard terms for quotations, MOQ, payment, and shipping?
Upon receiving your inquiry, we aim to provide a formal quotation within 24–48 working hours.
Quotation Standard Lead Time
Upon receiving your inquiry, we aim to provide a formal quotation within 24–48 working hours.
To help us respond efficiently, please include the following details in your request:
-Product Specifications: Size, material, thickness, color
-Quantity: Target order volume
-Branding: Number of print colors or special finishes
-Packaging: Polybag, inner box, selling sheet, etc.
For complex OEM/ODM projects involving new tooling or custom mold assessments, the quotation process may take 3-5 working days.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
As a bulk-production manufacturer, our standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces per item and color.
Leos operates in-house PP sheet extrusion lines to ensure consistent thickness, color accuracy, and material quality.
These lines are optimized for continuous production, enabling us to offer competitive pricing.
For trial orders or market testing, please consult our team. We may be able to accommodate smaller runs
by combining production or using available stock materials.
Payment Terms:
Our standard payment term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer):
30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.
This structure ensures timely material procurement and smooth shipment release.
We are also open to discussing alternative terms.
