Yes, we operate as a full-scale manufacturing factory integrated with a professional trade and export team. Our 12,000sqm production facility in Dongguan, China which equipped with production lines, quality control procedures to ensure consistent output. Our partnership process is built on transparency and designed for global clients. It follows a clear 6-step path:
STEP 1: Inquiry
Please send us your inquiry with detailed requirements such as specifications, quantity, target price, and design files. Our sales team will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your project and provide professional consultation.
STEP 2: Quotation & Design Proof
We provide a detailed, formal quotation. We will also create a design proof for you to review and confirm all logo placements, colors, and details before any sampling begins.
STEP 3: Sampling & Approval
Upon your request, we will produce a pre-production sample (approx. 7-14 days). We will then ship this sample to you for final approval.
STEP 4: Production & Quality Control
Upon confirmation of your Purchase Order (PO) and 30% deposit, your project will be officially scheduled. Our Dongguan factory will then begin mass production (approx. 30-45 days), which is closely monitored at every stage by our rigorous QC team.
STEP 5: Final Payment & Shipment
After your order passes our final FQC inspection, we will notify you to arrange the 70% balance payment. We will coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder to ensure your goods are safely loaded on board the vessel at FOB Shenzhen (Yantian).
STEP 6: After-Sales & Reorder Support
We offer dedicated after-sales support to ensure your long-term satisfaction. We also securely store all your project specifications, making future reorders simple, fast, and efficient.
